Great Southern Limited HVT 2007 Scheme Updates & Downloads:
Meeting Result: The Grower meeting held at 10:30am Thursday 3rd June resulted in all five resolutions passing with more than 50% of the total woodlots voting in favour.
Next Steps: The next steps that are being taken are: 1. obtain ATO confirmation that the Growers’ tax deductions will be maintained with the continuation of the Scheme; & 2. officially appointing Lowell Capital as the RE.
Communication: The final deadline for Growers to make their Maintenance Contribution payment has been extended from Monday 16th August to TUESDAY 31ST AUGUST 2010. Please note this is the FINAL extension we are able to provide.
